Refund and Returns Policy
- No Returns on Food Items – Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once delivered.
- Wrong Product Received – If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
- Quality Issues – If you believe the product is spoiled or not as described, inform us within 24 hours with evidence.
- No Refund for Courier Delays – Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the courier company or unavoidable circumstances.
- Refund Processing – If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
- Address Responsibility – Orders returned due to wrong address or unavailability will be reshipped at customer’s cost.
