Delivery Policy
- Prepaid Orders Only – We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be prepaid.
- Delivery Charges – Shipping charges will be calculated based on your location and product weight.
- Order Processing Time – Orders will be shipped within 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery Time – Transit time will depend on your location and courier service availability.
- Courier Service Responsibility – Once shipped, the responsibility for delivery lies with the courier company. Al Farid is not liable for delays caused by courier operations, weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
- Damage During Transit – We pack products with utmost care, but we are not responsible for any damage, leakage, or breakage during transit.
- Lost or Misrouted Packages – In case of loss or wrong delivery by courier, we will assist you in raising a claim with the courier but cannot provide compensation directly.
- Address Accuracy – Customers must ensure the delivery address and contact details are correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information.
- Unclaimed Packages – If a parcel is returned due to non-availability at the delivery address or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will apply.
- No Urgent Dispatch Guarantee – We do not commit to urgent same-day or next-day dispatch unless agreed in writing.
